Our project is to create a school-based community access Ecological Learning Hub.
Thank you for your interest in our school.
Stoke Holy Cross Primary School caters for pupils between the ages of 5 and 11 years of age. It is situated in the village of Stoke Holy Cross, some four miles south of Norwich and serves the areas of Stoke itself, Dunston, Caistor St Edmund, Upper Stoke Holy Cross and Shotesham. Pupils from these outlying areas are brought to school by bus.
We are very proud that Stoke Holy Cross Primary has been judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2007 and 2013.
Our modern, single storey school building was considerably extended and redeveloped in 2009, winning a craftsmanship award for the quality of workmanship. Alongside 4 purpose-built Key Stage 2 classrooms we now have a new library, ICT suite, food technology room and support rooms. This is in addition to the 3 classrooms and large hall of the original building. We are currently in the process of developing our Outdoor Learning environment with a grant from the Big Lottery Fund. This will provide us with an outdoor stage, an art area and storytelling arena to complement our already established playground, playing fields, woodland areas and pond.
